Quels projets peut soutenir la Fondation Bristol Myers Squibb ?

Les demandes de soutien adressées à la Fondation Bristol Myers Squibb devront porter sur des projets liés à la mise en place d’accompagnements innovants dans le parcours de soins des enfants atteints de cancer portés par des structures à but non lucratif et qui se déroulent en France.

Procédure de sélection des projets

Le Conseil d’Administration de la Fondation BMS procédera à l’évaluation des demandes de soutien de projets deux fois par an. Il pourra faire appel à l’avis du Comité Scientifique de la Fondation Bristol Myers Squibb.

La décision finale du Conseil d’Administration sera notifiée par écrit au demandeur dans un délai maximum de sept mois après réception de ladite demande par la Fondations Bristol Myers Squibb.

Conformément à sa Charte Ethique la Fondation Bristol Myers Squibb garantit l’égalité des chances de tous les porteurs de projets demandeurs.

Engagements des porteurs de projet sélectionnés

Les porteurs de projet dont la demande de soutien a été acceptée par le Conseil d’Administration de la Fondation Bristol Myers Squibb s’engagent à :

  • transmettre à la Fondation Bristol Myers Squibb, en fonction de la durée du projet, un ou plusieurs état(s) d’avancement concernant la progression du projet, un bilan final, ainsi qu’un exemplaire des communications et publications se rapportant audit projet (qui devront systématiquement comporter la mention « avec le soutien de la Fondation d’Entreprise Bristol Myers Squibb pour la Recherche en Immuno-Oncologie »).
    Les délais de transmission de ces états d’avancement et du bilan final seront fixés par le Conseil d’Administration de la Fondation Bristol Myers Squibb en concertation avec les porteurs de projet demandeurs ; et

  • accepter que la Fondation BMS mentionne sur son site internet le soutien octroyé et publie, le cas échéant, la liste des publications issues du projet soutenu.

Versements de la subvention

Pour les projets qui feront l’objet d’un soutien de la part de la Fondation Bristol Myers Squibb et dont la durée est inférieure ou égale à un an, le montant versé au titre du soutien fera l’objet d’un seul versement par la Fondation Bristol Myers Squibb.

Pour les projets qui feront l’objet d’un soutien de la part de la Fondation Bristol Myers Squibb et dont la durée est supérieure à un an, le montant accordé au titre du soutien sera versé selon un calendrier établi par le Conseil d’Administration de la Fondation Bristol Myers Squibb.

Le versement du montant accordé au titre du soutien sera subordonné au suivi effectif et à la réalisation du projet par le porteur de projet. La preuve de la bonne réalisation de ce suivi se fera sous la forme de la transmission d’un ou plusieurs états d’avancement et d’un bilan final à la Fondation Bristol Myers Squibb.

Les projets non mis en œuvre ou non réalisés complètement après versement de tout ou partie du montant accordé pourront faire l’objet d’un remboursement partiel ou total à la Fondation Bristol Myers Squibb.
