Postuler à l’appel à projets en cours

En sus des indications du Règlement de participation à respecter, sont à fournir avec le dossier de candidature :

  • la présentation du projet ;
  • la durée et le calendrier du projet ;
  • le budget du projet ;
  • les sources de financement du projet.

Toute candidature non conforme ou incomplète sera considérée comme non recevable.

Date limite de dépôt des dossiers de candidature

Les dossiers de candidature doivent être déposés avant le 11 avril 2025 (minuit, délai de rigueur)
Un accusé de réception des dossiers déposés sur le site de la Fondation sera transmis aux candidats.

Engagements des lauréats

Les lauréats s’engagent :

  • à fournir à la Fondation d’Entreprise Bristol Myers Squibb, en fonction de la durée du projet, un rapport intermédiaire, un rapport final, un bilan budgétaire ainsi qu’un exemplaire des communications et publications scientifiques se rapportant à ladite recherche (qui devront systématiquement comporter la mention « avec le soutien de la Fondation d’Entreprise Bristol-Myers Squibb pour la Recherche en Immuno-Oncologie »).
  • à accepter que la Fondation d’Entreprise Bristol Myers Squibb publie sur tout support préalablement convenu avec le lauréat le montant du soutien qu’elle aura apporté au projet, un résumé dudit projet, ainsi que les listes de publications qui en seraient issues, ledit résumé étant élaboré en concertation avec le lauréat.
  • À participer à une remise de prix, laquelle pourra éventuellement être diffusée sur le site web de la Fondation et sur les réseaux sociaux

Versements de la subvention

Le montant du soutien accordé aux projets fera l’objet d’un seul versement par la Fondation BMS.

Le versement du soutien sera subordonné à la réalisation du projet par le porteur de projet. La preuve de la bonne réalisation de ce suivi se fera sous la forme de la transmission de présentations intermédiaires dont les dates seront convenues préalablement entre le lauréat et la Fondation d’Entreprise Bristol Myers Squibb, d’un rapport annuel et d’un rapport final à la Fondation BMS.

Les projets non commencés ou arrêtés avant leur achèvement, après versement de tout ou partie du soutien accordé pourront faire l’objet d’un remboursement partiel ou total à la Fondation d’Entreprise Bristol Myers Squibb.

Convention

Une convention sera signée entre la Fondation d’Entreprise Bristol Myers Squibb et le porteur du projet lauréat, précisant notamment les modalités de versement du montant accordé au titre du soutien, ainsi que celles du suivi et de la valorisation du projet soutenu.
